Bruce Moore |
| Bruce Moore holds the distinction of being an IRS Enrolled Agent. He enjoys visiting with clients to help them with their taxing questions and income tax needs. In his spare time Bruce is an avid motorcyclist and outdoorsman. When he's not on his bike Bruce enjoys hunting and four-wheeling. |

Mib Moore |
| Mib and Bruce have been married 43 years and bring a combined experience of 35 years of income tax preparation to Moore Refunds. Mib loves to do crossword puzzles in her spare time and has quite a mean "green thumb". Mib runs the Moore Refunds office and is the caretaker of Sophie whom you will meet below. |

Emily Moore |
| Emily Moore is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a BA in English/Professional Writing and a Masters in Teaching English as a Second Language. She works with clients at Moore Refunds and has many hobbies, including reading, writing, art, theatre and amateur knitting. |

Sophie |
| Sophie is the official greeter at Moore Refunds. You'll most times find her on Mib's desk or eagerly greeting customers. Sophie's job is an important one as she provides great comfort and joy to Moore Refunds many customers. She loves vanilla ice cream as well as IAMS puppy bones. |
